Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Nairobi – Masai Mara Game Reserve
Deapart from Nairobi in the morning and drive via the Great Rift Valley, passing by the extinct volcano of Mount Longonot en route to Masai Mara Game Reserve, arriving for lunch.After a short rest we go for an afternoon game drive with a chance to see the Big Five; Lion, Elephant, Rhino, Buffalo and the Leopard among other animals and bird species. Dinner and overnight at your pre-booked Safari Camp or Lodge.
Day 2: Masai Mara Game Reserve.
Spend a whole day viewing wildlife in Masai Mara Game reserve with morning and afternoon game drives. Have a chance to see the “BIG FIVE”: Lion, Elephant, Rhino, Buffalo and Leopard. Wildebeests, Zebras, Cheetahs and Gazelles, other kinds of African wildlife can also be easily spotted. Dinner and Overnight at Mara Sopa Lodge/ Camp Oloshaiki/ Ashnil Mara Camp, (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner).
Day 3: Masai Mara Game Reserve – Lake Nakuru National Park.
Depart for Lake Nakuru National Park after breakfast, arriving in time for lunch at the camp or lodge as well as check in. Afternoon game drive takes you to the lake to view a variety of wild animals and bird species including the flamingos, White/Black Rhinos and the Rothschild Giraffethat Lake Nakuru is famous for. Dinner and overnight at your pre-booked Safari Camp or Lodge in Nakuru.
Day 4: Lake Nakuru – Amboseli National Park.
Early morning breakfast then depart for Amboseli National Park arriving in time for lunch. Afternoon Safari Game Drive to see elephants, wildebeest, buffalos, gazelles, lions, cheetahs, monkey families and rare bird species. Dinner and overnight at your pre-booked Safari Camp or Lodge.
Day 6: Amboseli –Tsavo West National park.
Early morning game drives before breakfast then after breakfast depart for Tsavo West National Park via the volcanic formations (Shetani Lava Flow) and Mzima Springs where Hippos and Crocodiles are seen from the underwater hide. Lunch at your pre-booked Safari Camp or Lodge. Afternoon game drive with a visit the Rhino Sanctuary. Dinner and overnight at your Safari accommodation.
Day 7: Tsavo West – Tsavo East National Park.
After breakfast enjoy an early morning game drive then depart for Tsavo East National Park. Game drives en route to your pre-booked Safari Camp or Lodge for lunch. Afternoon game drive through Kenya’s largest park, with a chance to spot herds of Red Elephants, Lions, Giraffes, Zebras, Gazelles, Buffaloes, Waterbucks, Impalas and different bird species. Day 8: Tsavo East National Park – Mombasa.
Morning game drives before breakfast then proceed for the last game as you exit Tsavo Easr and drive to Mombasa arriving in the evening
