15 Days Kenya Annual Wildebeest Migration Safari and Victoria Falls Tour
(Destinations: Samburu National Reserve, Lake Nakuru National Park, Masai Mara, Lake Naivasha, Victoria Falls)
Highlights: This exciting safari transverses into different national parks and reserves for wildlife viewing, photography, animal tracking and finally a visit to Victoria Falls for a tour of the falls. You will travel in the company of a knowledgeable and experienced tour driver / guide who has good animal tracking skills and spotting skills. You will sleep in cheap but comfortable accommodations with all meals included.
Day 1: Nairobi (Jomo Kenyatta Airport) / Hotel
On arrival at Jomo Kenyatta Airport, meet your tour planner who will introduce you to your safari driver
Receive your tour briefing and flight tickets then board the vehicle for transfer to your hotel room for rest
Dinner on this night will be served at the hotel or at a local restaurant in the city centre

Day 2: Nairobi / Samburu
Early breakfast followed by a morning drive to Samburu for wildlife viewing
You will drive through winding roads, and stop at the equator for photography
You may also stop at various attractive scenes for scenery admiration
Proceed to lodge arriving for lunch
Lunch is followed by afternoon exploration of the park
Animals easily spotted include Africa’s big five (elephant, rhino, buffalo, leopard, lion); cheetah, and plains game among others
Evening transfer back to lodge for rest and meals

Day 3 & 4: Samburu
Spend 2 full days inside the park exploring nature at its best and blending in with your surroundings
Your driver will drive you at a relaxed and leisure pace to enable you spot, track and photograph animals in their natural habitat. You will discuss various animal behaviors as you identify many animals which live in the park
You may also see Samburu tribesmen who live in the vicinity of the park with their herds of cattle and goats
Break for lunch at lodge then proceed with game viewing till evening

Day 5: Samburu / Lake Nakuru
Breakfast is followed by morning check out and departure to Lake Nakuru the flamingo lake
On the way, you will see Mt. Kenya, Thompson Falls, the Aberdare Ranges and beautiful sceneries from afar
Arrive at Nakuru for check in and hot lunch at the lodge
Afterwards relax in nature at its best as you enjoy an afternoon game drive
Animals easily spotted include the white rhino, giraffe, buffalo, gazelles, antelopes and many others
If lucky you will see the elusive leopard which hunts and takes its meal up the trees
The lake is a famous bird lover’s paradise with flamingo, pelican, stork and other birds lining the shores of the lake
Return to the lodge in the evening for rest and dinner

Day 6: Lake Nakuru
Spend the day inside the park exploring sites that you never got a chance to visit the previous day
Visit the lion hill, baboon cliff for aerial views of the park; and Makalia falls as well as other attractions in the park
Break for lunch at the lodge or carry packed picnic lunch to eat during the excursion
In the evening you will be transferred back to the lodge for the night

Day 7: Lake Nakuru / Masai Mara
After breakfast you will check out of the lodge and drive to Masai Mara
On the way you will pass through various small towns such as Narok and others
Proceed to the park arriving for hot lunch at camp and rest from the drive
At around 1600hrs depart for a game drive which gives you a chance to see a lot of animals in the park
Animals easily spotted include elephant, lion, buffalo, leopard, cheetah and others
Masai Mara is also home to the cultural Masai tribe of Kenya
Evening return to camp for rest and dinner

Day 8-10: Masai Mara
Spend these days inside the park exploring various ecosystems
Explore the park as you track animals and photograph them
Visit the Hippo pool for many hippo sightings and the Mara River for crocodile sightings
Picnic lunch at one of the sites located inside the park
Evening transfer back to camp for rest and dinner

Day 11: Masai Mara / Lake Naivasha
After breakfast, you will check out of camp then be driven to Lake Naivasha arriving for check in and lunch at camp
After lunch, spend the afternoon at leisure enjoying relaxation at the shores of the lake. Optional boat rides, horse rides, and guided nature walks are available on request.

Day 12: Hells Gate National Park / Nairobi
After breakfast, you will carry packed picnic lunch and enjoy a short drive to Hells Gate National Park which is located within the Lake Naivasha vicinity. On arrival at the park gate, you will drive onwards to the gorge where you will enjoy a guided tour of the caves. If you wish, you may hire a bike at the park entrance which is a more adventurous way of exploring the park which is home to giraffe, warthog, zebra, buffalo, gazelle and many birds. Optional rock climbing is offered by experienced guides and handlers. After the tour of the park, you will be driven back to Nairobi arriving in the evening for transfer to your hotel for rest. Dinner on this night will be at the famous Carnivore Restaurant; the restaurant is well known for meat cuisine. After dinner, you are transferred to your hotel in the city for overnight

Day 13: Nairobi / Victoria Falls
Depending on your international flight time, you will be met at the hotel for transfer to Jomo Kenyatta Airport for your onward flight to Victoria Falls. On arrival at Victoria Falls Airport, you will be met and transferred to your hotel for the next two nights.

Day 14: Tour of Victoria Falls
This morning after breakfast, you will be taken on a guided tour of the mighty Victoria Falls. The rest of the day can be spent at leisure or experiencing one of the many activities on offer. In the evening you will enjoy a sunset cruise on the Zambezi River. After the tour you will be transferred back to the lodge for rest and overnight.

Day 15: Victoria Falls / Departure
Depending on your departure time, you will be met and transferred to Victoria Falls Airport for your onward flight to your next destination.
The safari starts in Nairobi Jomo Kenyatta Airport and ends in Victoria Falls Airport
