1 Day Mombasa City Tour
You will be picked from your hotel or airport at around 0800hrs, Proceed to Fort Jesus a historical site built by the 
Portuguese and watch convoys of traditional dhows return from their morning fishing excursions in Kilindini’s deep water harbor. From there, you will visit the old town which is influenced by Mombasa’s trade culture, with many examples of Portuguese and Islamic architecture. Proceed to Marikiti market then to the famous elephant tusks found along Moi Avenue. Take lunch at hotel.
After lunch, visit the Akamba Handicraft which is ideal for souvenir shopping at good prices. Experience the actual workmanship that makes all carvings we see throughout our travel in east Africa. Proceed to Mama Ngina Drive to see the giant baobab trees that live for about 1000 years while you catch the cool and fresh breeze from the Indian Ocean. Drive back to your hotel.
